Refund/Cancellation
Once the license key has been emailed to the email address provided by the user, the sale would be final and there will be no return and cancellation/refund. 

Shipping & Delivery
Evaluation Version: Once the users have entered all required information including the email address, the software download link will be provided immediately on the screen for users to download. If the evaluation requires a license key, the license key will also be automatically sent to the email address that is provided by the user.

Permanent Version: Users can follow the instructions for downloading the evaluation version to download the software. After the order is placed and payment has been processed, a permanent license key will be automatically sent to the email address that is provided by the user. Once user has the license key and entered it into the software, the software will run in formal mode.
